  A serial Developer / Entrepreneur I have been working in startup environments in London since 2006 and have helped launch and run a number of startups for other companies and recently launched my own.
  
  Working as a programmer professionally since 1998, I have a vast experience in Ruby / Ruby on Rails, Java Enterprise Development, and many other languages and platforms.
  
  I am also an accomplished Systems Administrator and have a wealth of experience with traditional rack-based hosting solutions and scaling cloud-based systems.
  
  I have led many teams in Agile Development and believe in good test-driven methodologies.
